Our proven employee selection method

Our main goal is to help you expand your team with someone that fits within your team and organisation. In the steps below, you’ll read our method of recruitment.

Our goal of the first meeting is to collect all the wishes of the customer. What type of developer(s) is the client looking for? What does the current team look like? Which tech stack is required? Does the job require specific experience?

Based on the clients wishes, a profile is created which contains the tech stack, experience, education and other capabilities. If different types of developers are to be hired, multiple profiles will be created. From our first conversation to finalizing the profile, takes about two weeks.

We have to ensure that the new employee is well received and guided. The reason to ensure that he is received within our building by colleagues in Sri Lanka. This is also an extension of your organization. The new employee will receive a workplace, laptop, internet facilities and, of course, the opportunity to do his work at home professionally.

After onboarding, we arrange an online appointment with the team abroad, so that the new employee becomes part of the team immediately. Of course it is possible to travel to the Netherlands for a working period to get acquainted and to provide support to the team.

After four weeks, an intake conversation will be planned to discuss the progression of the new employee. We want to make sure it’s the right fit. Afterwards, we’ll keep in touch to see if we can help you with any other digital challenges.
